I hired H, (Hal) G, Hanlin to set up a trust for my wife and I, He did some initial work but now refuses to place our assets in the trust. He was hired in Feb, of 2020, I have paid him about $3000.000, He has not ask for any more money, He now and for the last several months has refused to return phone calls or emails, Is there anything that can be done to require him to complete the trust? His address is 1201 Main street Suite 1980, Columbia SC 29201 Tel number (803) 608-1519 email ghalhanlin@gmail.com. Resolution Sought place our assets in the trust and anything else that needs to be done, filed, recorded or legally required to complete the set up of our trust. Would like SC bar Assoc. to consider him for disbarment.. Would also like for him to have to pay another lawyer of my choice to review the trust to make sure it accomplishes what I want and is properly filed and recorded since he has required our relationship to become adversarial .
