Cashiers don't enforce the "14 items or less" check-out lane rule.

Cashiers don't enforce the "14 items or less" check-out lane rule. I was there today 06/13/2023, with 2 items. The customer ahead of me had 32 items and the cashier didn't tell him he had to go to another check-out lane and proceeded to check him out. Rules don't mean anything if not enforced. Have Management make sure Cashiers follow and ENFORCE the check-out lane items limit rules.
