Extended warranty complaint against Hanson Motors and their Warranty company US Car Care. I'm writing this document to explain what happened in a situation related to my Dodge Challenger. I bought this car from Hanson Motors two years ago, I purchased an extended warranty that I paid $1,600 for, and I also paid for the vehicle outright , clear title . After I bought the car I had the car in the shop three different times for the same problem which was an engine issue and overheating .It's time I took the car in the shop and they said that they had repaired it and it was good to go. I had it in the shop one time for a power window and I still ended up paying $500 for a part that they said was not covered. Seems like every time I have it in the shop they say if there's a part that's not covered. I took the car into a different dealership with permission from Hanson Motors to check out the same exact problem that I've had to Hanson Motors three times before indicted the overheating problem. I took it to Rainier Dodge in they told me that pretty much they had to replace the heads and motor was in very bad shape. Since they tore the motor down they found evidence of a stop leak in the motor, now I'm a certified ASE former mechanic and I know not to put stop leak in my car much less I have no reason to put a stop leak in there all I had to do was take it to the shop as I did. It is my Resolution Sought I want my car paid for and returned to me. This has been a grotesque situation of businesses taking advantage of a student who has nothing because of Covid.
