Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Happy Nails is a nails place l have used them often, today 2 December 2023 l was getting my toe nails done and the technician did not cut my nails as short as I asked her to so l asked if I could cut them myself. Then l asked her if they did cuticle Removal and she said she would get An expert then Kevin came over. I started wiping the lotion off of my toes and I said to him what are you doing and he said to me get the hell out of his shop I said to him do not curse me I did not curse you do not disrespect me I did not disrespect you so he told a manager who name was Jesse to come and talk to me he refused to give me his last name and so did Jesse the only thing they said to me was they had the right to refuse to service me I said OK and asked for the information. I asked how much did I owe and the manager Jesse said I did not owe anything they just refused to service me. I feel like I was being discriminated against by the owner who said his name is Kevin. Resolution Sought A personal apology for cursing and disrespecting me in front of the other clients. And treat all clients with respect and dignity.
