I asked for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure and my eyebrows done the person who was servicing me cut me numerous times and did a bad job polishing my fingernails and toenails he kept getting polish on my skin and didn't clean it off of my skin until I asked him to clean it off of my skin and normally you're supposed to clean nail polish off with fingernail polish remover and he used a nail filer to remove the polish from my skin, when I asked him to use fingernail polish remover to remove the polish from my skin he ignored me, and there was a lot of polish on my hands and feet of my skin I told the business owner that I didn't like my services and that I wanted my polish removed from my fingernails and my toenails and He laughed at me and told me the reason why I kept getting cut was because my skin was too dry and then he removed just my fingernail polish and kept antagonizing me so he wouldn't have to take the polish off of my toenails he made me pay $50 for a horrible pedicure service. And I just feel like you shouldn't charge people if they don't get the service that they asked for or if you injured the customer multiple times and then turn around and blame everything on the customer and if someone ask you to remove the services because they don't like it, don't remove half of it and expect for us to pay for the rest. I was clear when I said I didn't want the services and he forced me to pay $50 because he was too busy arguing with me instead of removing the polish. Resolution Sought I would like the business to refund my $50 and to remove the employee if he don't know what he is doing.

We sincerely apologize that the customer felt dissatisfied with the services provided. At Happy Nails and Spa, we strive to deliver quality service to all of our clients and take every complaint seriously. According to our records, the customer received a pedicure and manicure. During the service, the tech followed standard procedures including cleaning and polishing the nails. We understand that the customer felt there was polish on the skin and that the removal process was not satisfactory. We are sorry if this led to discomfort or dissatisfaction. We would like to clarify that once a service has been completed, we kindly ask customers to communicate any concerns during the appt so we can correct the issue on the spot. Our tech attempted to accommodate the customer, but there seemed to be a misunderstanding. We did not intentionally charge for an incomplete service. But because significant time and product were already used, a charge was still necessary. However, we are willing to review this further. To address this situation fairly, we are happy to offer the customer a refund of $50 as a gesture of goodwill. We are also providing additional training to the employees involved to ensure better service in the future. While we welcome feedback and strive to learn from every experience, in this case, we believe that continuing service for this customer would not be a good fit due to the difficulty in meeting expectations. Therefore, we kindly as that this customer seeks services elsewhere in the future. We remain committed to improving our customer service and ensuring that all guests leave satisfied.
