I ordered a pair of boots and they came from China. The quality of the product was poor and didn't have a lined sole in it so it hurt my feet to walk in. I tried to send them back and a representative offered me 20 on credit card. I told them I didn't want to keep them to send me a return label, they said I would have to pay shipping cost which is about 35.00 to send back. I didn't agree with this, so know they offered me up to 50 off my order and keep the boots. Could you please help me with this company get a full refund on my credit card and get them to send me a shipping label to return the item. Thank you Resolution Sought I would like a full refund and a shipping label to send the product back to them without having to pay for shipping cost.
