They do not honor their commitments. So very disorganized and NOT TRUSTWORTHY

I answered an ad on my iPhone for tree trimming with free estimate and an appointment on 3/31/26 @3-4 pm. However they were No Show. So I called Happy Tree service and got another appointment for 4/2/26 @ 3-4pm. We agreed $400. for the pruning 5 small to meduim trees. Again No Show . They were very apologetic and said " we treat our seniors well. We will schedule you ASAP." I was scheduled for 4/26/26 @ 3-5PM. Again NO SHOW. I was so disappointed . They do not honor their commitments. So very disorganized and NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I want everyone to know how they treated a senior with disrespect as if I am not worth their time.
Thank you for taking my issue. They should compensate for my time waiting 3-4 hours waiting for them an 84 year old recently suffered a car accident who barely able to stand but a few minutes. I suffered physically and emotionally. They were manipulating and playing with my feelings.
