I called to inquire about a puppy from this facility. The puppy was listed for 1995.00 plus a 99.00 vet fee, for the vet clearing the puppy prior to being adopted. Less than 48 hours after adopting the puppy the entire litter was reduced on their site by 500.00. I was told that the reason for this was because they were older puppies, 10+ weeks, and they were reduced so that they can potentially be adopted as well. My puppy literally being from this same litter, the same age was not reduced the same week. If they knew they planned to reduce these puppies because of age, why wasn't that same price given to me? I feel that is was done intentionally to make an extra 500.00. There was never even any mention that it was a possibility. I called the facility to inquire about the price change and was told some one would call me back. I waited 3 or 4 days and never heard from a soul. It took me calling 3 days back to back to finally demand an answer from someone. I of course was told that they couldn't refund the extra 500 that was paid. It took a week to get that answer, not to mention I traveled 2.5 hours there and 2.5 back to pick up the puppy. 5 hours of travel time and was ripped off. Resolution Sought I'd like the company to do a price adjustment and give the 1495.00 price that the entire litter was sold for and refund me 500.00 for the overpayment.
