I had placed an online order with this company on 12/13/2023. I called on 12/14/2023 to cancel the order because it says it doesn't ship until 30 days after it is done processing. I had ordered this portable tool box that comes with 6 drawers. When I called them they claimed the order was cancelled but they never sent me confirmation of it being cancelled. When I called back the same woman answered and said she was working on my cancellation document now. And I received it an hour after talking to her. The order number and today's date is incorrect. She sent me a false document and my order still shows pending online and not canceled. I want my money back from these people. Resolution Sought Refund me the full order amount.

Sent my Grandson together a floor jack. That's all I wanted and he somehow was told about warranty and membership fee. There is no way I wanted either. I did go back to get a refund but they would only give one on the warranty, not the membership. I called them the next day to cancell and was told that I could get one within a month. But upon going to the store a really rude clerk told me that I did good getting the membership so I played it smart. That was never an intention because my Grandson had a 50.00 coupon. Without membership. I don't appreciate the insult and told her I would bring the floor jack back for the refund also. Are they allowed to keep the money for membership since I called the next morning? I thought you had 3 days. Never will I ever purchase anything from that store again. Also its on my debit card as a purchase but in my grandsons name. I never signed for that at all Resolution Sought Refund the 29.99
