Refuses to sell or supply critical replacement part for the Predator 13,000 Watt Tri-Fuel Generator (#57774)-specially the proprietary 5-wire integrated ignition coil and the Co-Secure safety module. These components are engineered exclusively for this generator and cannot be sourced from any third—party supplier, aftermarket vendor, or alternative retailer. Without access to these parts, the generator is rendered completely inoperable. The enclosed complaint documents my repeated attempts to obtain these parts from the customer service dept, technical support line, and retail store locations, all of which we unsuccessful. The serious safety implications of a life safety co-secure carbon monoxide detection and automatic shutdown system being permanently irreplaceable by design and the significant financial loss of 1,300+ consumer investment that has been rendered non-functional due to the manufacturer's refusal to support its own product with available replacement parts. Please be advised that parallel complaints are being filed with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission and Florida Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection. Resolution Sought Resolution with Harbor Freight Tools- to provide the replacement parts
