We paid our bill and they claim we paid from a wrong account number when our account number has never changed, just so they can extract more money from us. They are very uncooperative and will not fix the account even after knowing they are wrong. I've had nothing but problems from this company. Resolution Sought I disconnected my service at that location due to them not willing to fix the problem. Fix the charge and reconnect with no change for the reconnection.
