On September 30th 2021 we made an appointment with Harley S Swain Subaru in Hermiston Oregon is in Hermiston Oregon change belt is belt oil change do a multi point inspection rotate tires We also requested Tech is it to have synthetic oil put back in our car they did conventional did conventional oil when I called and spoke to the manager that Monday he suggested I take my time and drive over from LA Grande with the car so they could fix it I said no you were to come and get the car because we both work they did that is that delivered my car the same day Driving Saturday that following Saturday there was one of the hoses that was loose on the Anna freeze it was Spraying all over my car. I am now stranded in the mountains on a Saturday. When I called Harley Swain and talked to Eddie I requested that the manager call me. Eddie called me back and said that if I wanted to call a tow truck and ride to Hermiston with the tow truck that they would look at it Monday and give a car to drive back to La Grande. This is the 3rd time that they expected me to quit work and drop everything to drive my car over so they could fix their mistake. This is unacceptable service. Resolution Sought Refund some of my money and have another motor vehicle place look over my car and make sure I won't get stranded again. I do not trust Harley Swain to do an expectation and fully look it over.
