My fiancé transferred the title of a truck into her name on 3/8/2023 Upon arrival to the business she waited quite a while and the transaction took place. The business did not have a license plate to give her.. She was told it was supposed to be delivered back to the store that day because a delivery was missed earlier in the day. It is now 3 days later and we just received the plate along with a bill of 272.00.. The gentleman at the store quoted her at 220.00 we had to drive 20 minutes out of our way to meet a guy at sheetz for the plate, I have had to pay people for rides to and from work for the last 2 days and I want a refund. She was advised on the 4th phone call today that a card could be used as payment and the man meeting her could do the transaction with his phone, never saying that there was a $9.00 card fee. I could've went into sheetz and got money from an atm for $2.00. I FEEL AFTER WAITING FOR 3 DAYS AND PAYING FOR RIDES BACK AND FORTH TO WORK ,they owe Me money not the other way around. The lady Linda was rude to Carrie after calling her back several times with no solid plan to receive this plate. I wan our money back for the whole transaction. Resolution Sought I want a refund for the inconvenience, for the time I had to wait for a plate, for the gas I drove to meet her son. For the money I had to pay for rides to and from work, and and for the unprofessional transaction that shouldn't have even taken place when the plate was unavailable.

I have text messages and phone records to prove many calls between Carrie and your office why would she have been calling your office for 3 days if the plate was available during the first transaction? My next step is to file a civil suite against your company there is also camera footage at the sheetz in several of your son bringing a license plate and a debit card transaction. If this claim is false please explain why a notary from Cheswick is on camera in Sarver making a transaction with a license plate in a sheetz Parkn lot? Your business is very unprofessional,and unorthodox you should be ashamed of yourself!
