I am a single person living alone and I use next to no water and I got a bill claiming that I used 58,500 gallons in 1 month. This is the second time this has happened. Last time it was the equivalent of 2 years worth of water for a two-person household they claimed was used and there was no leak no running toilets nothing it's outrageous they can't account for it they don't give me a metered detail of usage they just say that's what went through the meter there is no way that that amount of water went through my meter I do not use that amount of water I don't shower everyday I don't wash my hair but once a week I only do a load of laundry maybe once a week maybe twice a month I don't use it and I'm not the only consumer that complains about this water company it is constantly an issue this very thing random spikes out of nowhere like this extremely high bills when there's nothing to account for it no Lakes people have been out of town everything's been shut off and they still get massive spikes randomly out of nowhere with this company. Resolution Sought I would like a proper adjustment to my bill not just a little bit taken off because they're being nice. I want it corrected the right way and to give me a bill the way it should be and is proper for what I use and I want this company to stop this criminal Behavior they do it to everybody in this County that they are the water company for and they've done it now twice to me and I can't afford it nor is it moral or ethical I might say Criminal.
