I purchased a Lincoln from Harold Ziegler in Plainwell Mi, in April the first day I drove off the lot the check engine light came on I called Jacob at Harold Ziegler and took the car in. Harold Ziegler then had the car for approximately a week and half the first time. I went and picked the car up it was was making a funny sound and the engine light was still on. I called Jacob again took the car in again. This particular time Harold Ziegler had the car for approximately three weeks almost. However they did give a loaner car. I was then told it was the cact converter and I needed to pay for it. It was someone else who informed me that was not the truth but false information provided to me. I needed to contact the manager, as I proceeded to do that the salesman that was working with me (Jacob) texted me and said David said not to text his phone anymore. I was absolutely flabbergasted by this. I whined up taking it to the Harold Ziegler in Kalamazoo. Where Michael head of the service dept. ran a complete diagnostic on it and said the complete opposite of what they said in Plainwell. They had the car for a couple of weeks and upon getting it back a couple of weeks later the car is back at Harold Ziegler in Kalamazoo needing to be fixed. The cost is $2500 and they don't want to cover it. Upon speaking with Rob the sale's manager he stated they would trade it out and he would speak with David Ghould the Manager above him. When trying to contact him he won't answer the phone. Resolution Sought I would like for them to give me my down payment back. Not to mention insure this doesn't impact my credit score whatsoever.
