I checked in the 30th only 1 one elevator worked. I reported it. They completely acted as if they weren't aware. Then it took me 30 40 mins every time I had to get to my floor. Also the. I got stuck in the elevator the Wednesday Night. I reported it. I extended my booking for them to cancel it saying my card didn't go thru yet they used the same card to charge my fee to I think it was more of the rate Harrah I found was unhappy w and cancelled my reservation I seen it happen the day before to another customer in line. Then they held my things hostage for hours and wouldn't let me access my things. My service dog and all when I only ran down to update my key. They literally charged me more money on top and they violating the disability act. I want a full refund Even the security said they treated me absolutely wrong. I asked for Mark the manager and Genius front desk REFUSED and said she don't have to give me her name or get Mark to come out. She was very unprofessional. Then she walked away and got upset and showed frustration and left me standing out there. I can't believe when I asked to get my things they wouldn't allow me to get my dog or my items from the room for hours .i also had stated o felt weak as if I was gonna have a seizure and the manager still wouldn't let me get my things or dog. I had to call someone to come calm me down. Then when they had security finally escort me to my room hours later none of the elevators were working at all!! This was terrible . Resolution Sought I really want a full refund and they really should accommodate me for putting me through this stress and literally almost had me in a seizure and an apology

Deposited 20.00 into my account didn't know that I had to be in New Jersey..I live in Missouri...I was told 7 to 10 business days on the 19th of May which was fine..Now I'm told I was put on the refund reversal sheet TODAY...AND ITS AN INDEFINITE TIME WHEN IT WOULD BE FUNDED...THEY HAVE GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND SINCE THE 19TH OF MAY Resolution Sought I want my refund.
