Got my car Nov 17, 2023 it died 3 times while we were test driving it. Took my car to be fixed on Dec 8 2023...shaking...didn't want to stay running...weird smell... it's now Dec 26 2023 they STILL have my car!!!!! They ordered the part for it on ebay... It's been OVER 2 WEEKS. Call to talk to the female Jody asking bout my car I get yelled at to stop calling they will let me know when its ready... again...ITS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS!! New update...the car went to Harris Auto on Dec 8. Got it back on Dec 30, The car went back on Jan 11. It's now Jan 26. They STILL have my car! Got told they only update on cars at the end of the day...if there's no update they won't call. I want updates on when my car will be ready...I get told I'm not walking out to the shop every time somebody calls you aren't special! March 1st Car having to go back to shop in McAlester for a 3rd time!!! EXACT SAME ISSUES! March 8 Car went to McAlester AGAIN on the 6th...called to check on it today... got yelled at...WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN WE HAVE A UPDATE...Then got hung up on... These people make me mad!!! Asked to trade in my car for another car...they only trade cars if this is a ongoing situation... WHAT???? This is the 3rd time my car has gone to McAlester to get "fixed" This is a EVERY MONTH SITUATION! March 13 I called to check on my car... was told they have the part for the car... it should be ready in a couple of days. Resolution Sought A new car without any issues...Can't keep having my car going to the shop every month.

We attempted to fix her vehicle. When she would call we wouldn't have an update because she would call 5 or 6 times a day. We had to go through our process of trying to fix the vehicle. After unsuccessfully able to fix the vehicle quickly without a lot of cost we put Ms. Connelly in a different vehicle.

My husband and I bought a truck from Harris auto sales in August of 2021 and have had it in their shop more than once and they failed to fix it right and 112921 truck locked up on husband and guy he worked with and they could have been killed but thank God they wasn't and it was emergency brake all this time and I took the part in Harris and they acted like they didn't care Resolution Sought I would like them to drop the side note since they didn't fix what was wrong and apologize to my husband for what they done
