I brought a 2012 Hyundai ELANTRA on November 8, 2023 since I had that vehicle I've been having problems. The car is worth $3500 now I'm in debt with $20,000 with Harris automotive. I spoke with them and let them know what was going on. I paid what I can last week and now they came and repo it for $630 and I was communicating back-and-forth Lisa, I've been asking to speak to the owner and Lisa told me that's what Holly and Lisa get paid for so the owner don't have to communicate with the customers he has the last say so since I got this car, it's been a ticking in the engine yesterday I got the brakes fixed spark plugs through my mechanic and they said when you start the car, it's a gurgling noise not to take the car 20 miles from home because it's not gonna make it it's gonna break down I don't believe that they came and got the car for $630 and I was communicate back-and-forth with Holly and I just gave her $100 what I had and I told her that I was gonna pay today and they came repo it today at 2:40 and afternoon I spoke with Lisa and she said they can't take a partial payment and I can I speak to the owner. She said she'll give If you got your own business, why not communicate and make your customers happy not a good business.. this is a buyer pay here car lot I pay $240 every two weeks.. Resolution Sought I would like them to fix the gurgling noise in the engine and why couldn't they take a half of payment I was going to give them a half payment. I was speaking to Lisa on the phone while the repo man was outfront.
