On August 11, 2023 Jim who is working for Mike Harris came to our house and measured our yard for a polyvinyl fence which we agreed on the color and size of the fence. He stated the fence would go up in 8 to 10 weeks. We're still waiting. The price he gave us for the fence was 3438.50. We paid 2063.00 down on August 14, 2023. We would like to have that amount back because fence didn't go up and he is not answering text and phone calls. He is very hard to get in touch with and plus the business doesn't have an address. We are winter Texans and it was promised to us the fence would be up before we left, never happened. We found out also we're not the only customers he has dealing with the same problem. Please help us to solve this problem: we would just like to have our money back. As you can see we paid more than half down but that is what they requested. Resolution Sought Give us our money back we put down.
