I have requested numerous maintenance requests and every one of them are canceled I asked for them to take care of rodents chewing up my personal stuff things that can not be replaced this apartment building is dirty trash in yards and on front porch common areas are dirty w stuff on walls and floor they want rent paid but don't care that we live in dirty building and infested w bugs and mice I'm done they will not get another payment for rent until they start taking care of the problems here and by law I can withhold any rent payments due to unfit housing Resolution Sought I want things to be corrected and building sanitized weekly I think I got covid from how dirty it is and not cleaned regularly and the infestation of bugs and rodents I'm older and have many health problems that I can't take the smoking cigarettes in building that other people do and they do nothing for.
