FANTASTIC WORK AND STAFF!!

I have used this body shop often and they have never disappointed! The quality of work and the customer service provided by Joe Williams, the manager, is top notch!!

tDont fix what they mess up after insurance pays them don't check work before call yoyou.Awful workmanship.

Took my car in to get repaired from being rear ended.Said was done went back got it.Got home found out new trunk lid kept falling down and taillight had big gap took back.Said take care of it.Well after week called me again on Friday said car in being detailed.Came back got it got home back drivers door had white over spray on it plus door panel inside.Trunk had bigger gap on one side than other.Then taillight on other side had the gap paint had dirt in it on fender and other places.trunk not painted inside.also fine dust all over back floorboard seat in door handle pockets.Also the very 1st time care went to them paint was bad they said buffed it hit my headlight never fixed it.I have emailed the supervised 2 times he tried call 1 time oh I forgot paint on both sides don't match.So what would you do the insurance company pd them 8000 or so for this sloppy work.I intend to ask them about accepting it if I'm not satisfied..VERY ANGRY.Everytime I have taken this new car there to get fixed for the bad paint not done yet.
