Purchased 6 pears for $60.75. I have placed orders years ago before, and they all came from Oregon State. The pears were always prefect and ready to eat. The best pears to be exact. This time I noticed (from tracking) this was shipped from Ohio. Hard and not wrapped the same as before. I'm just glad that I wasn't giving them away as a gift this time, because they would probably throw them away and think that it was a joke. I'm pissed! And this complaint needs to go through!!! They must have sold out the company is all I can tell. This is not the same company that I've done business with many time before. Resolution Sought I don't care what they do. I'm absolutely done with them. And any other sister companies they are affiliated with as well.....

I placed Order #: W01005781620684 on 11/16 as a get well gift for a friend and her family who had covid. All of the cheese was completely green and moldy. The recipient called and requested a new basket and was told they would receive one by 11/24. When I learned about the issue I requested a full refund in addition to the replacement basket. Without letting me know, they subsequently canceled the replacement basket and instead refunded my money. I have tried multiple times to contact them to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction or at least correct the error and get a new basket sent to the recipient that she was promised by the company completely independent of my request for a refund. The issue now has more to do with customer service than the original moldy cheese problem. Every time you call it is an extended hold and you cannot get a person on the phone. If you email, even on the existing email chain, you get a new representative every time with no prior knowledge of the issue or previous correspondence. They then apologize a whole bunch but don't actually do anything to fix the problem. There have been about 30 emails and responses on the email chain in the last 3 weeks and have requested repeatedly to have my issue escalated to a supervisor but I just keep getting the same canned responses back. I assume it is a call center because they do bot seem to even understand the issue or what I am asking for. I am beyond frustrated at this point. Resolution Sought I would like a fresh replacement basket sent to the recipient at no charge asap. For my continued troubles now I would like a credit (not a coupon) toward a future purchase. And I would like to hear from a supervisor that the customer service operations for this company will be looked into in an attempt to help improve their horrible customer service policies such as having different representatives pick up each email. And an apology would be nice.
