It's not money I'm after, unless I decide to sue the company. I'm so upset about the terrible way i was treated. My back was broken while I was a passenger in a car accident when I was 18 in 1984. Now I've been disabled in a wheelchair for 19 years, after 4 failed back surgeries in 2003. I desired to try to walk again. The doctor gave me a script for orthopedic shoes in hopes I could do that. My feet were measured last March. In April I fell & broke my femur. Rushed me to my 18th surgery. After that my regular brace wouldn't work anymore. Doc said I needed a brace attached to the shoes they gave me rather than inside my shoes. Not only do the shoes not fit, they give me sores. I am very ill without a caregiver, so this process has taken a long time for me to make a complaint. Due to brain trauma, I didn't recall which Lawalls location the man came from. I called Willow Grove Lawalls and Pottstown asking for a return call. I was told by Jaime (I think Willow Grove) she doubted that possible they could help w the brace. I asked her to tell the man who measured me to call. Not one call or message. Therefore, I wrote a bad review. Ann Lawall says (on review) she wants to talk w me so I send 2 emails. Still ignored! Now without the brace, my hip has healed wrong. My whole leg twisted to the left without the brace. I'm devastated. I was hoping to walk again. It didn't have to be this way. I still cannot believe the way disabled people are treated like we don't matter. Resolution Sought I would like them to contact me via email or reply to my emails I already sent. I'd like to have an answer if they will get me shoes that fit properly. I can't afford them. I have PTSD & don't want to speak on phone with any of those uncaring people just yet. If after they answer my email & have a solution, I will talk on phone. I'd like them to take care of this immediately since I feel it's long overdue. I'm in shock of the lack of care & communication. This has been a BIG deal to me. Thanx
