I was given a quote of $800 and 3 days to repair my car, but I was charged $1,150. and it took 19 days to get my car back!! The only exclamation I was given on the increase and the time, was because I was calling them on a daily basis to get my car back, because it was approximately a 6 hour job, that turned into 19 days! They were very rude to me, and were constantly lying to me and would not return my phone calls! I also called them again after getting my back, because my car still isn't repaired correctly, and are having more issues than what it had since they repaired it! They told me that I would be charged again, and that if I didn't like that, for me to take it somewhere else. I also asked them for the old broken parts to be left in my trunk, and they did not do that as well! They also put a thermostat on my car, and I did not request that either, and they did not call me about repairing that! I found that out on the day I picked up my car! They are sneaky and they lie constantly to cover their tracks, and I was given NO warranty on anything that they repaired. When I picked up my car, I was told by the mechanic that I would need to stop and buy 3 quarts of oil to be put in the car, because he told me that they were out if oil!!.My car has only gotten worse since those clowns worked on it, and I have called numerous times, with NO response back from them! Their secretary is as bad as they are! Very rude and obnoxious! Resolution Sought To refund the difference of $350 back to me because that was not what my quote was! I also would like for my car to be repaired correctly and not charged for it!

Company states: This lady's car was almost beyond repair with 255,000 miles. She is impossible to deal with. But, she insisted to repair. We had to order parts which took 2 weeks to received. There are so mnay oil leakes, can't fix all. The car is worn out. But, she wanted to fix it anyway. $800.00 parts & labor oil filter housing, replaced thermostate $200.00 parts & labor. Valve cover gaskets $150.00 parts & labor, 3 quarts oil. Total $1150.00 which she agreed on. I do not feel like I owe any refund and was fair with her. I towed her car and didn't charge her. The work we did had 30 days warranty. If she had any problems, she should have contacted us within the 30 days.

First of all, my car has 217,000 miles on it, not 255,000. Yes he has an oil leak, but is it is requiring 3 quarts a week, versus 1 a week! Yes he did charge me $60 to tow it and I have the receipt to prove it! They DID NOT replace the valve cover gasket, and when I picked the car up, it had absolutely NO oil in it, and I was told by the mechanic Rick that I would need to stop and buy some oil to put in it, because they were out of oil!! I NEVER AGREED to the $1150.00, and when I confronted the owner Mike about this ,he slammed the door in my face, and would not speak with me! I also requested to see the used and broken parts, and they did not have them to show me! I called 3 days after picking the car up to schedule an appt for it to be looked at again because the oil leak was 10X what it was before they got my car! This is absolutely ridiculous, and is nothing but lies! I have the receipt to prove that I did pay $60 to have it towed to the shop! This company is known for lying to customers, and using old parts for replacement instead of new parts! I asked them about a warranty, and the response was no they did not! I want my money back, because they lied, and their work sucks!
