I got their referral from Servpro. Harts sent a rep to talk about inter-wall plumbing leak. (I will say I'm a disabled senior). In September Rep came looked at leak. Said if they fixed 1 pipe others would fail, needed them all replaced. I also would need water line from road replaced. I said I wasn't able to get things ready for that. Rep said they'd do everything. It'd only cost $24000. 00. Be done in 3 days. Just get money . I liquidated part my IRA. 3 WEEKS LATER , end result, new plastic pipes, 14 holes in wall, crushed heater duct work. They didn't fix holes in wall, damaged duct work and wrote in writing on typed contract they brought me, water lines from road be done if needed. So no heat all winter, still trying to repair. Resolution Sought Every plumbing company I've talked to said Harts way over charged for small house, they not do water line on road and crushed heater ducts.
