I signed up for this insurance policy for my pet starting in November. I've paid them $31.75 a month for 5 months and had to file a claim in the beginning of February for the total of $1034.60. My policy documents state 70 reimbursement and a $250 deductible. However even after sending them the requested paperwork, attempting to reach out once via email and three times via phone, then offering up additional documents from the Veterinarian, they still completed my claim with no coverage or return. Their reasoning was they couldn't contact the Veterinarian. I tried reaching out and got no response multiple times, and I believe they might be fraudulent. Resolution Sought I'd like a return of the scammed payments for the last 5 months, and the expected amount of coverage for service (70 of the remaining vet bill after deductible) and to be certain they end my membership with them since I'm not sure they will despite written request.
