Bought new ac from local co., they went out of business, I call hartzell's to see if they would take over the warranty on unit, they said yes, the unit wasn't cooling, they came and looked at it, I assumed it was fixed, 2 weeks later wasn't cooling again, called them back, they told me it had a leak and my bill would be 500.00, 2 weeks later still not cooling, I called another repairman, he fixed the leak charged 164.00, no problems since, I have not paid Hartzells yet because I don't feel any repairs were made , just kept adding Freon instead of fixing the leak, I have tried to get in touch with the owner of Hartzells, but they wont return my call Resolution Sought Not charge me the 360.00 of the bill for just adding Freon knowing there had to be a leak somewhere
