Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I am writing to formally express our concerns regarding the legal services provided by this office. We feel that we have been taken advantage of and have incurred exorbitant fees with little to no tangible results. From the onset, we hired them to assist us in obtaining a copy of a will or trust through the drafting of a demand letter. However, over the course of several months, we have been billed a total of $9,600, despite receiving very little in terms of actual progress. The invoices we have received consistently list charges for "case review," but there has been no transparency as to what you were specifically reviewing or what findings were made during these so-called reviews. Additionally, the charges seem to be based on research that we already provided, and the extensive billing has not been supported by any actionable outcomes. We are particularly concerned that the funds in our trust account were depleted without corresponding deliverables, and that the work completed does not justify the amount we have been charged. Resolution Sought In summary, while we understand that legal matters can take time, the amount billed for this minimal action is far beyond what is reasonable or justified by the results achieved. We request a fair refund of our money back at least $4000 and a detail statement of what we were charged for.
