I have an Endurance insurance service warranty contract. On May 14, 2024, my ABS light appeared on my Dodge ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn limited edition truck, I immediately contacted Endurance customer service to find a qualified authorized repair dealer in my area. Endurance directed me to Hasek Automotive Repair shop. On May 17, 2024 my truck was brought in for service. The ABS light had gone out at that time when the car was checked. I was told by the Automotive tech that there is nothing that seems to be wrong with the car. I was told that they tested the car and that everything was fine and if the ABS light came back on to bring the car back in to have it checked. on May 28, 2024 as I was driving on the Shoreway route to in Cleveland Ohio, the ABS light came back on and the tire almost came off of the car. We were doing 65 miles an hour. I immediately had the car towed back to the repair shop and I was told that my wheel bearing on the right front passenger side was damaged beyond repaired. I then asked why wasn't I told about my wheel bearing two weeks ago because my family and I were out on the weekend for memorial Day a couple hundred miles from our house in this truck. I was given the runaround that there's nothing they could have done at the time because the ABS light was not on the repair shop informed Endurance security that my wheel bearing is part of my suspension and not part of the drive shaft system assembly, which is covered under warranty from Endurance. Resolution Sought Refund my money. I would like to The state to verify that Hasek Automotive tech technicians are ASC certified For repairs in Ohio. My family safety was put in grave danger due to their lack of professionalism and for not properly checking the vehicle for safety and they're absolutely lack of professionalism and responsibility for putting peoples lives in danger.
