Third time returning car for seatbelt chime not responding to putting on seatbelts. Was a recall on this matter also. I dropped off my car to hassett ford Lincoln July 15 2021. I called custom relations they denied my car for a replacement. I don't feel safe in the car anymore. Don't know if airbags will work if you get into a accident with the seatbelt matter. I brought my car to the dealership in November 2019 March 2021 and July 15 2021. I just want them to replace my car. I need safety for myself and my grandkids. The dealership claims there's another problem along with the problem I keep having and that part not covered under my warranty. If this was a problem from the beginning why it wasn't never fixed. Just rushed my car back to me. My husband and I been a loyal customer for the dealership over 25 yrs. Resolution Sought Replacement of my car.
