I accrued $13.75 worth of reward points. I was in a process of purchasing merchandise from their website while using the rewards , after browsing i decided to make the purchase another day. When I log back into the account my rewards were at a zero balance and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. Resolution Sought Would like my rewards that i earned restored.
