Hattori Hanzo Shears engaged in deceptive practices and billed multiple unauthorized charges despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue no refund has been received I attended a hair class with Wane Tuggle on April 28 purchased two sets of shears at a discount promised delivery and payment details but weeks later Carlos delivered the product then ghosted me I was unaware of a high monthly payment obligation I could not afford due to personal circumstances including separation from spouse I contacted Adam who also ghosted me I eventually spoke to a manager and collections who advised returning the unopened package via FedEx which I did but I was never refunded multiple credit cards were billed without authorization I disputed these charges with credit card companies under consumer protection laws and the Fair Credit Billing Act I am entitled to dispute unauthorized charges and refunds for undelivered goods the business failed to deliver product follow through on promises and issue refunds violating consumer rights I request BBB contact Hattori Hanzo Shears to seek full refund for all billed charges ensure compliance with laws and hold the business accountable for deceptive practices enclosures include correspondence with Carlos and Adam statements showing disputed charges prompt resolution needed Resolution Sought Full refund of all authorized and unauthorized payments
