I booked the venue Haus Party on November 3,2021 ! The event was for December 18,2021., for my daughter's 30th birthday party! I received confirmation from Alex that my reservation was booked and paid in full! I also spoke to the host Kristen from the venue and she also confirmed .. Then on December 11,2021 the coordinator Kaz sent me a text to check in all my guests names that who would be attending the event... I sent her 50 people names and phone numbers! Got confirmation everything was complete! They were supposed to give me the exact address so I can give it to the guest and it seem like they was giving me a hard time about getting the address from them! I I kept calling them and texting because it was 2 days before the event and they didn't give me the address.. On December 17th at 10pm I received a text that they are canceling my event and they will refund my money back to me, without any reasons! I had to find another for venue to book for December 18th on the same day afor my daughters event had to borrow money from family!! I advised Alex, Kaz, and the host Kristen that I want my money and I will seek legal action against the venue!! And they still haven sent me my money yet!! Its been over 2mths!!! I have proof of numerous emails and texts from them regarding this refund situation! Order #1019 Resolution Sought I would like my refund of $1500.00 back Asap!!! I gave them $920 and I had my daughter in-law paid $580 for me.. both payments were made through zelle!
