I ordered a pair of trousers from them and nothing has arrived and no email has been sent to confirm dispatch. I have emailed both email addresses I managed to find with both bouncing back and I used the message function on the website with no response. Having since properly googled the company I am appalled to find that this seems to be a familiar story. Resolution Sought Ship the product! Failing that then I would like a FULL refund.

I ordered a pair of pants on 7/21/23 and have been waiting for mailing information. I've emailed them 3 times and no response. After reading about there business practices I only want my money back, they can keep the pants. Resolution Sought Refund my money. Since they will not respond to my emails they can keep the pants. I'm also going to file a claim with my bank.
