Helco change my meter just pass two weeks my adjustment bill back payment was 763. I was told that I was hook up to my neighbors meter and he to mine so they adjusted my bill for a yr and I didn't receive a bill from helco since nov and Nov is when I cover a bill for 170 and 70 was my carry over balance for Dec due to liheap credit awaiting. it was credited on Jan for 375 and still no bill from helco to show my bill and credit I got a letter and a paper bill not like the bill that helco sends showing a balance I owe is 763 in Apr 2022 I don't understand why I have to pay back payment if it there era in the hook up Resolution Sought I would like to just pay for what I'm to pay for not my erra and I feel that helco didn't stay on top of my bill.buy sending me the bill for three mos I don't think the y did the adjustment correctly because it do not show me credit on the bill only chaeges so it hard for me to culculate my bill I paid in time every month and I have limited income for an elderly I'm not sure if leheap can help me with this bill
