On March 1, 2021 I purchased a brand new 2021 Kia K5. In December 2022 I was tipped off that Hawkison Kia had been doing fraudulent add-ons. So I checked my bill of sale and found 4 charges that I never authorized and one charge for $1595.00 was not even on the bill of sale it just said " after market sales". 1. Paint sealant $1595.00. 2. Gap insurance $850.00. 3. Service contract $2,700.00. 4 maintenance contract $1450.00. I never authorized any of these add-ons. So I need help in addressing this matter. Resolution Sought Refund the money that they stole from me. I have a copy of my bill of sale.
