I called about a car I wanted to purchase. Asked if there was a deal if I pay for the car in full. We made a deal, when I arrived the car was not available. I was pressured into another car. Then manipulated into financing to "fix" my credit. Waited around for hours, then near closing Sean comes back and speeds me through the signing process, then connects me to an insurance company, who I'm sure they work together scamming people. The engine light comes on, tire pressure, sucking up hundreds in gas, then ac stops working. Then it rained 1 night and after that I heard water swooshing back and forth under the floor board, and the electric malfunctioned. I called insurance to ask what to do. Jade tells me it's a loss, take it to Number One auto center twice. They kept it for two weeks, I couldn't get ahold of Jade or got no updates. When I got ahold of the shop they charged me $695.00.and told me talk to the insurance, didn't want to give me info. Spent days trying to get some answers. Then im told they won't cover it because it was pre-existing. Took the car back to dealer and Sean says your warranty expired 2 days ago sorry. So I waist a day there. Got another car. Overcharged. A month later engine light comes on. I took it back, Sean says take it to a shop. I took it to a Volvo dealer, invoice shows numerous defects. Had to leave car for 3 weeks. A lot of back and forth on the phone. Sean took days to activate warranty that I payed for. They didn't cover everything and Sean Resolution Sought Give all my money back. This has stressed me out so bad, I ended up in the hospital and drained of every cent.
