The plumber showed up and I told him I would have no money until Wednesday and I asked him again if they took payments. He called his boss and was told no they don't. He then said let me see what I can do, plunging some times help, I said OK. He plunged the kitchen sink, the shower and the sink in the front bathroom. He didn't pay attention to see if the water was backing up until he went back in to the front bathroom and found water all over the place. He did not pay attention to any damage that was done which I found out later that the water had damaged my daughter's medicine. The cost of the medication is right at 700 dollars because she is a diabetic and she needed that medicine Resolution Sought Replace the medication or pay the 700.00 dollars

Company states; Thank you for sending in this letter. on Saturday, 16th, 2022 Mr. Ford called into our office requesting service for a stoppage that was coming into the home. Mrs. Ford called put in a service request for sun valley, NV. Hawthorne Plumbing sent a technician out to the home. We gave the client options for clearing the lines. No services were performed as the client was upset we did not offer billing and would not take payments. Mr. Ford asked the technician to leave the home. We did not bill or require payment for any services. The client stated in the phone conversation, which is recorded, that sewer was coming into the home. I am concerned that a request for monetary reimbursement was sent to Hawthorne Plumbing with no Photos showing we caused damage to property or a reciept showing actual value of said damaged property. We have no liability in this property as no work was performed or services performed.
