Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

On 3/23/ 23, I hired Mr Haynes to represent me in a personal injury case. The date of accident was 12/22/22. On 5/1/23, a global hearing was held in regards to the personal injury claim . I rejected the offers . I clearly informed Mr. Haynes that I would not accept the offer and I wanted him to file a lawsuit against the at fault driver which was Brent Dennison. Mr Haynes assured me that he would honor my request and rejected the settlement offer. Based on that advice by Mr. Haynes I was looking forward in him filing the lawsuit which he lead me to believe he would do. Mr Haynes requested that I give him up until November of 2023, to file the lawsuit, but when November 2023, came Mr Haynes never moved to file the lawsuit. Mr Haynes did not want me to communicate with him about my case. I tried on numerous occasions to find out the status of my case only to be treated with rudeness and disrespect by Mr Haynes. I recently hired another Law firm to represent me on the personal injury case which they were able to provide me with documentations that Mr Haynes settled out my case without my knowledge and consent. I emailed Mr Haynes in regards to the matter and he advised me that he did not settled out my case. I am in possession of an affidavit from the global settlement hearing that clearly shows that Mr Haynes settled out my case with my knowledge or consent. Mr Haynes unethical behavior violations, attorney misconduct and I am seeking damage and file lawsuit against him Resolution Sought Mr Haynes is not entitled to any fee from my personal injury case. He should be held liable for the loss of money I would have received. Pay me for the pain and suffering, mental anguish which has impact on my life. I could never get the surgeries which I need to get my life back because of his actions. I move to file a civil lawsuit against Mr Haynes . According to the Florida Bar Rules 4-8.4. Misconduct!
