inadequate signs saying that you need a mask

I come to the hotel to just shower and get ready for work. there's inadequate signs saying that you need a mask the lady tells me that I do not have a room available because you do not have a mask. I asked the lady if I have a mass do I have to wear the mask in the room I'm not understanding what a mess have to do with me going inside of a room she's standing between bulletproof glass so she's not affected by nothing that I would have if I had anything I am fully vaccinated I am an employee I'm in the hospital in the area and I live an hour and a half away. I was just trying to shower and head back to work and now I can't do that because I don't have a mask and she didn't ask if I needed one or tried to provide me with one
