Back in early march I signed a $10,000 contract putting $3,500 down with HCR. Contract said job would be done in April but they want to refund me because they said it's not enough money. I told them but the contract is legally binding. The said in addition to contract they want another $4,600 from me. What recourse do I have? Resolution Sought I would like them to honor their contract with me
