cara shop owner overprocessed my hair and did not give me a body wave as I asked for. I have nothing but frizz and my hair is burnt. I have to cut it off that is the only way I had hair down pass my should not it has to be bussed and it has to grow out what a disaster Resolution Sought Pay for this I have to go elsewhere and recoup the money I paid for supplies and now I have to buy a wig I have a wedding I need to attend I cannot go without a wig I have plenty of pics to show you.what kind of professional is this my complaint number is 99001734.thank you I know better this is the only resolution I am a retired hairdresser never again.

Over processed my hair I asked for body way and got a head full of frizz, she insists that she did what I wanted, she is the shop owner. I have pics of what she did to my hair. I am a retired hairdresser and I know better, she gave me a treatment, when I returned to show her it did not help, you need to cut hair off this is a disaster. Resolution Sought To pay for another haircut somewhere else and pay for my products I bought and return my money that I paid her to settle this.

I have been in the hair industry for over 30 years I stay up to date with the changing products regularly as they come out I am no expert due to the nature of the industry with the ever changing of products and materials I use products that I know and like and stick with them I don't like being inconsistent as it changes the results of what I know and use Ms. Gensy came in to her Wednesday 9:00 AM appointment 15 minutes late I explained the newest products that I use and how they work she tells me she's an ex hairdresser and that she wanted me to use purple rods and an acid wave so at her request that's what I did I also used olaplex bonder as a pre wrap to help protect her hair I rolled her hair and applied perm solution processed for 15 minutes checked it and at her request rinsed it at that time after I cut her hair and put some moose in it I told her not to wash it for 48 hours. If she wanted to wet it that was OK but no shampoo or conditioner which is what I tell all my customers later that day she text me saying her hair was frizzy sent me pictures too it looked like she had brushed it which you should never do to a perm especially with a new one I told her to wet it only and that it should loosen in a couple of weeks with regular shampooing as they usually do two days later at 7:00 AM Friday she texts me to say it wasn't any better I asked her if she had watched it which she said she did still within the 48 hours I told her I could take her later in the day to do a treatment but didn't have time to do much else when she came in she had a little attitude saying look what you did to my hair I replied I did exactly what you asked me to do afterwards I offered to do a treatment Brazilian blow out anti aging treatment which should last ten shampoos on her hair but as long as we could be polite. As she was under the dryer we talked and from what I gathered she did her hair at home she also told me it's been 20 years since she did her hair because she had brain tumors after the treatment I trimmed her hair some more and she gave me a hug when she left I didn't charge her for any of the extra services one week later on Friday again which is my busiest day of the week she text me to say it wasn't any better she also sent pictures of her hair and all the products she has her hair look like most people's hair when they wake up and some products I didn't even recognize I did not respond that day as I was very busy the next day Ms. Gensy text me saying I guess you don't want to deal with me I replied I'm sorry I was very busy that I didn't get back to you I offered to keep treating her hair at my expense because in this industry customer is always right and I wanted it to be right as well she refuse my offer I told her I can't help her if you won't let me and left it at that I have all the correspondence between both of us as long as I've been doing hair I've never had any issues like this I have a feeling Ms. Gensy did more to her hair before she came in for her perm than what she told me honestly I did everything I would with any customer to protect your hair as much as possible

Consumer states; My hair is burned off spent another two hundred to hear this from another hair salon you did nothing to resolve this but the only way is to cut it to the root look at the pics this is my response she needs to pay for this disaster thank you.

Company states; I'm not sure how much more detailed I could be with my response to Ms. Gencsy. I did exactly what she asked me to do, taking every precaution I could, or would with any other customer. I am not admitting any fault, yet I treated her hair , cut it some more, at my expense. I also offered to give her more treatments, again at my expense, and she refused. She was welcome to come back but decided to go elsewhere & spend more money. Ms. Gencsy did not buy any products from my salon, so I have no idea what she got.. I'm not reimbursing or "refunding " for products I didn't sell in the 1st place.
