On 01/13/22 I called headwaters to make a payment of 232.00 and sum change, which is the amount I pay every month I could not pay the late fee I just only could afford to pay the monthly amount and the 5.00 processing fee an agent by the name of Matt advised me that I had to make the late fee payment and that he has never heard of a company letting a customer go without paying a late fee and that I have to make the payment I advised him that I cannot pay for the late fee just my monthly payment the agent advised her can't do that I asked to speak to a supervisor he advised me he is the only agent in the office and then stated he didn't like the way I was speaking to him and hung up the phone I later called back and an agent named Angie answered the phone I then proceeded to try and advise the agent I wanted to file a complaint on the agent Matt Angie asked me why did I want to file a complaint and I advised her what the agent did Angie cut me off and said no I called the agent a crack head white boy at that moment I realized that I was not going to get the issue with prior agent resolved and I was going to have to pay for the late fee. I don't know what kind of company, this is but I'm pretty sure that this is some form of mal practice. Resolution Sought Honestly, I'm not sure what I would like for the business to do because I'm not even sure what kind of practice this company uses I feel that what I just went through was illegal
