Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I bought rechargeable hearing aids and opted for the insurance coverage that covered damage and loss. When it expired the audiologist told me that I should get an extended warranty. Since they cost $7000. I agreed. It would be $27.65 monthly. He never mentioned that this wouldn't cover loss and he didn't give me a policy agreement. I have been paying this for 15 months. I lost my hearing aids last week and went in to get them replaced and was told that loss was not covered after 3 years, only repair. When I questioned him, all he said was that he didn't explain it very well. Now, I have no hearing aids and they are not even paid for yet. Resolution Sought Replace my hearing aids and reimburse me for the extended coverage.
