I'm being denied of Insurance Coverage for my income level of household the program states that if qualify participant income is under 50,000. Next question is income level under 14,000. Mine is right at 6,000 a year. This needs some. Attention. I already had applied on January 10, 2023 / February 22 ,2023 I got terminated for asking questions about my coverage I had which was Am better. Also the coverage come with money Allowances. With this coverage it doesn't effect my Food stamps also. This needs some Attention. Resolution Sought This matter should be handle in a orderly conduct matter. I have even been told to ask for zero coverage when representative get on phone.

Good afternoon. We are in receipt of this complaint from Ms. Howell. We wanted to explain we are HealthMarkets Insurance Agency which is not the same as the government Marketplace. We understand as customers sometimes confuse us with the Marketplace. Unfortunately, we would not be able to assist in this matter; Ms. Howell would have to contact the Marketplace directly.
