Consumer states; On 11/8/23 I mailed check # 6035 for the sum of $131.95 to Trilane - Healthy Directions for 3 bottles of Tirol skin lotion. I never received the product. The order was cancelled - I don't know why. I have never received my money back. I have made at least 8 calls to them with no satisfaction. Thank you for your help in this matter. Resolution Sought Consumer states; The company said a refund check was sent and went out on 12/22/23. I never received it. I am still getting the run around.
