I had hearing aids from Angela of hear tech mobile. They are under warranty, but I have to go through her to file a warranty claim. i have been trying to get a hold of her since the middle of July and have not been able to use them. i pay for them monthly and she is avoiding my calls and text. I feel this is negligence on her part to not return my messages. it would really be nice to hear again. Resolution Sought Honor my warranty and compensate me for the monthly payments I've made without being able to use them. $124 a month.
