I am paying for hearing aids I received in November 2021. The company is out of business as of April 2022. No one has contacted me from Hearing Health or the company which is buying them, Miracle Ear. I have been in contact with My Essentials LLC, the service provider for my hearing aids with no satisfaction. The reps keep telling me they will call back and then they do not. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied. I asked for phone numbers of the manager the rep was going to contact and was denied. I am getting the run around with no outcome in sight. Resolution Sought I would like to return these hearing aids for a full refund of my payment. I have reached out to the only place that is still in the loop of service for my hearing aids, My Essentials LLC. Miracle Ear does not sell Unitron hearing aids which is the brand I was sold through Hearing Health. I would not get the same level of service even if Miracle Ear would absorb the Hearing Health patients. I would like to return these hearing aids for a full refund and start over with a reputable company.
