They develop bogus account numbers without expressed permission.

Today August 23 2019, I received a invoice through the UPS mail, and got a bill for 12.00 even that I know nothing about. Except that I entered a sweepstakes through Publishers Clearing House. And the entry is specifically without any purchase. I did not receive anything of value as of this date Aug. 23, 2019. What concerns me the most is they have developed an account number without my consent. I had to call and John a customer service representative, at 866-587-4653 and explained that to him. After waiting for 2 min and after verifying who I was. and though a lot of background noise. he said he would remove me from their contact list. And remove the account, and never develop one of any kind, because they are all unwanted. But my real problem is they think it's alright to pull people's name and address, and attach an invoice to it, just because of a sweepstakes entry. And I am in total disagreement with that.
