Sent bill for unordered magazines.

They sent me an invoice and started sending magazines, but we didn't actually order them. I'm sure many people just pay the bill and get the magazines. This is a crappy way to make sales. They were quick to cancel the order and dismiss the bill, but I should never have received it in the first place.
